Terms of Sale



These terms of sale (below only "General Sale") govern the sale of the products sold by the company Alfonso Garlando by the website www.alfonsogarlando.it. All contracts for the purchase of products, concluded by the website www.alfonsogarlando.it and in accordance with the procedures set out between the seller and the customer, will be adjusted from these General Terms.
All published prices are with taxes included.


1. The terms of sale have been prepared in full compliance with the principles stated by the directive 97/7/CE and by the D.Lgs nr. 21/2014 for the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
2. The contract between the company Alfonso Garlando and the Costumer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, full or partial, of the order from the company Alfonso Garlando, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. The acceptance will be considered tacit, if not otherwise communicated to the client. Placing an order in the different provided modes, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and accept the general conditions and payment conditions transcribed below.
3. If the customer is a final consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase process is concluded, he will provide to print or save an electronic copy, but keep, the present general conditions of sale, in accordance with what stated in Articles 50/60 and Decree 21/2014 on distance selling.
4. The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.


1. The customer can purchase only the products in the electronic catalog of the company Alfonso Garlando at the time of the making of the order and viewable at www.alfonogarlando.it, as described in the relevant data sheets. The Company Alfonso Garlando reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products without the need for any prior notice. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its features, and differ in color, size and accessories in the picture. All support information acquisition (glossary, buying guide, etc ...) are to be understood as simple generic information, not an actual description.
2. The correct receipt of order is confirmed by the company Alfonso Garlando by a reply by mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will report the date and time of receipt of the order and a "Customer Order Number". This confirmation message will include all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the accuracy and communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document. The customer can in addition check the status of your order by logging in to the website dedicated to him in the "Your Profile". The company Alfonso Garlando, by sending a further email message, will authorize the order fulfillment.
3. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, the company Alfonso Garlando is committed to timely communication to customers.
4. All prices in this website are retail prices, and therefore, inclusive of VAT. The company Alfonso Garlando reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Because the simultaneous access of several users-clients and the simultaneous possibility of online orders could change the availability of the product, the company Alfonso Garlando can't guarantee the certain allocation of the product merchandised.

Where the products were not readily available in the numbering and / or in desired color, the customer can proceed with the booking of the models that will be sent at a later time (depending on the time of production). The company Alfonso Garlando will charge your credit card at the time of booking, although the shipping will take place later.

The gift vouchers can be issued instead of reimbursement for returned goods and in any other case in which this item was not available. They can only be used once within 90 days from the date of issue (or as indicated), for orders equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.


At the end of the order, the customer is redirected to the login page of Paypal.

The platform Paypal allows the user-client to choose one of the following payment method:

1. Credit Card
In the case of purchase of goods with payment method credit card, together with the completion of the online order, Paypal provides to charge the credit card of the customer the amount of the purchase.
Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard.
In addition is also accepted American Express.
Credit card transactions are carried out by the company Alfonso Garlando through the Service Gateway payment offered by PayPal. The company Alfonso Garlando is not aware of data on the credit cards used by its customers.
At no time during the purchase process is the company Alfonso Garlando able to know information about the buyer's credit card, as they are typed directly on the PayPal web site that manages the transition (with high security systems); since there is no transmission of data , there is no possibility that the data is intercepted. No archive of Alfonso Garlando company contains, or retains such data. In any case the company Alfonso Garlando cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on www.alfonsogarlando.it.
In case of cancellation of order by the company Alfonso Garlando, the company will take care of the cancellation of the transaction and will refund the amount paid.

2. PayPal
Online transactions made through Paypal are protected and secure.

The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of the placing the order. In case of cancellation by the company Alfonso Garlando, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

When requested the annulment of the transaction, in no case the company Alfonso Garlando can be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delayed releasing the amount committed by Paypal.
At no time during the purchase transaction the company Alfonso Garlando is able to know the financial information of the client. As there is no transmission of data, there is no possibility that this data is intercepted. No archive of the company Alfonso Garlando contains, or retains, such data. For each transaction executed with the customers Paypal account the costumer will receive a confirmation email from Paypal.

At the conclusion of the transaction, the company Alfonso Garlando knows the only successful transition, in order to proceed with the order.


The Company Alfonso Garlando dispatches the goods by courier DHL, and not export at Mail Boxes
or companies that provide domiciliary services.
For every order placed on www.alfonsogarlando.it, the company Alfonso Garlando will issue an invoice sent. For the issuance of the invoice, are considered the information provided by the customer. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.
The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically as a function of the weight of the products purchased and the destination of the shipment. Possible custom duties (import duties) will be carriage forward as it depends on the different shipping country.
The customer can check the amount of shipping before confirming the purchase: once selected products, the carriage is automatically updated with details of shipping. The delivery of goods ordered does not mean to the apartment. The goods travel with packaging made of cardboard boxes properly sealed.
The products of the company Alfonso Garlando are handicraft products of high quality. For this reason, the time of delivery of goods is determined mainly from the time of order process, that varies from product to product and are not known in advance. It is advisable to check in advance the availability of the goods and the estimated delivery time.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authority. The standard delivery, except otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will be at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00, from 14.00 to 18.00 daily, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to the company Alfonso Garlando in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered.

Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the customer is required to check:
• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
• that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered.

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the courier who delivers, adding the words "subject to removal" on the appropriate document and confirmed within 8 days and by registered mail with return receipt requested, to the courier, whose address is explained on the accompanying document. In the specific case of damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserves because the package is damaged ".
While the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days from the receipt. Any damage or hidden defects must be reported in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the courier, whose address is explained on the accompanying document.
Each alert over these terms will not be considered. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.

The courier makes the first delivery without prior notice. In the absence of the customer, the courier
retries the delivery twice. In case of further absence the goods will be warehousing by the closer DHL point. The customer will be contacted by the Customer Care of Alfonso
Garlando, that will give details of the pick-up.


F.Size exchange

- Italy Exchange

If the Customer requests a change in size and/or color for the item returned, the replacement items will be shipped in substitution.

In Italy returned and related re-shipping cost is free for a different size and/or color of the same item or for a coupon of the same amount of the invoice for shipment of 150 € or more . Only one exchange can be made for each authorized return. In case of amount lower than 150€, shipping cost for the return are charged to the Customer. Otherwise it can be issued of a voucher

- Exchange- European Union and outside the European Union

The product returned cannot be exchanged for a different item, size or color. If the Customer wants to change the size a separate new order must be placed.

Shipping costs for the return of shoes and any other related amounts such as local taxes, customs duties, import and/or clearance for goods are charged to the Customer.
For parcels returned from countries of the European Community and outside the Eruopean Community, these will be compensated by refund or by the issue of a voucher.



The right of withdrawal is the right of the customer to cancel for any reason and without penalty, by a
purchase contract concluded at a distance (except as noted below).

The right of withdrawal is reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer against the return of goods purchased and applies the law to distance purchases made by consumers "for purposes not related to their professional activity", excluding therefore purchases made by retailers and corporate customers in general. The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on single parts of the product purchased (accessories, etc ...);
• The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box;
• by law, the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer;
• the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
• if the goods are damaged during shipping, the company Alfonso Garlando will inform the client (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, while canceling the request for withdrawal;
• The company Alfonso Garlando is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
• At his and / or the original packaging are damaged, the Company Alfonso Garlando will subtract from the refund due a percentage, but no more than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of recovery.

1. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the company Alfonso Garlando by registered A / R within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to:

Upon receiving the letter, the Company Alfonso Garlando will send by mail to the customer the form of exercise right of withdrawal, provided with authorization number that must be marked on the outside
envelope in which the product will be physically located, and delivered to the Company Alfonso Garlando within 14 working days from authorization.

The company Alfonso Garlando will refund the customer the full amount of the goods purchased and already paid, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of termination, upon receipt of the goods covered by the withdrawal, using the procedures of PayPal refund.

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the Company Alfonso Garlando finds:
• the lack of external and / or internal packaging;
• the absence of elements of the product (accessories, parts, ...) or defect to the product itself;
• damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;
• a state of dirt or wear and tear due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

The costs and risks of transport for the return shall be charged to the customer.

The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or without accessories and original equipment will not be accepted from Alfonso Garlando and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Company Alfonso Garlando will return to sender the property purchased by charging him the shipping.



All products marketed by the company Alfonso Garlando are covered by the standard warranty manufacturer's and by the standard 24-month warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

To qualify for the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that will receive along with the purchased goods.

The guarantee of 24 months according to DL 206/2005 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided if used correctly, without shock or contact with blunt or sharp.
This guarantee is limited only to the private consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a VAT number). In case of lack of completness, the Company Alfonso Garlando will restore the integrity of the
product by:
• repair
• replacement
• price reduction and/or termination of the contract
• other form of agreement between the parties
The Customer shall only and exclusively pay the costs of returning of the product, while in the case of proven "Non-conformity of the product", the shipping cost of the product will be borne by the Company Alfonso Garlando.
If, after verification, should not result a lack of conformity according to DL 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery, as well as shipping costs if incurred by the Company Alfonso Garlando. In the event that, for any reason, the company Alfonso Garlando was not able to replace a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), may proceed with the consent of the customer, with the replacement of the product (if it is still in the catalog) or with another of equal value and characteristics or, finally, the issue of a voucher for the same amount be spent on another product valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
No damage can be requested from the Company Alfonso Garlando for any delays in repair or replacement of products under warranty.

In cases where the application of warranty contemplated the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended that, when possible, to put it in a second box; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.



The personal information requested during the order are collected and processed by the company Alfonso Garlando on media support systems, in order to meet the obligations arising from contract with the Customer and will not under any circumstances or for any reason be given to third parties. At any time, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data

claims to have received the information pursuant to Art. 13 and on his rights under art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003, has the right to access his data in the manner therein provided. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the customer authorization issued together with the processing and sending in the registration form online.

The sales contract between the Customer and the Company Alfonso Garlando is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of the contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of the reference court of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Court of Milan.



The conditions contained in this document can be modified by the Company Alfonso Garlando without notice and will be effective from the date of publication on the website www.alfonsogarlando.it.
